One of America’s Top Home Remodelers
Homeowner Services of America (HSA) began in 1985 as a home repair business in Ann Arbor, Michigan. David Rhoads — HSA’s founder, owner, and president — soon shifted the company’s focus to home remodeling and additions.
Superior results came quickly. In 1988, HSA was named one of "America’s Top 50 Remodelors" by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). We have been consistently recognized for excellence ever since. In 2011, David Rhoads was named Remodeler of the Year by the Michigan Association of Home Builders.
HSA continues to specialize in designing and building kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions, dormers, master suites, and more. We also remodel homes for senior citizens and others with special needs.
HSA’s sister company, First Design Cabinetry (FDC), was founded in 1997. Two years later, both HSA and FDC moved to their current headquarters in Saline, Michigan.
